Self Service Laundromat FAQs

Our self-service laundromat and drop-off counter at 736 SW Federal Highway, Stuart, are open Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For specific Pickup & Delivery service hours, please see that section below.

No, say goodbye to lugging around heavy and dirty coins. Instead, we use a modern card system, so you can easily pay using a credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or by loading cash onto one of our reusable laundry cards at our on-site kiosk.

Yes! We always have a friendly and helpful attendant on duty during all our operating hours (7 AM to 10 PM, or 11 PM on weekends) to assist you with machines, the payment system, or any other questions.

You are welcome to bring your own, but if you forget anything or prefer to buy it on-site, we sell a range of quality laundry detergents, softeners, bleach, and dryer sheets for your convenience.

We provide detergent, dryer sheets, softeners, and bleach as needed. You can choose from free & clear or fragranced luxury options. Premium selections—Free & Clear, Tide, Gain, Clorox (Colors), Downy softener, and dryer sheets—are available for an additional $0.10/lb per item.

Absolutely. We have 31 Huebsch washers from 20 to 80 pound capacity and 36 Huebsch dryers from 30 to 75 pound capacity to accommodate everything from small, delicate loads to large family-sized washes and bulky items like comforters.

To ensure you have enough time to wash and dry your clothes before we close, our last wash must be started 1 ½ hours before closing. Typically, that's 8:30 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 9:30 PM Friday and Saturday.

Yes! We offer free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, snack and soda machines, 5 large TVs, and air conditioning to make your laundry time more pleasant.

We use fresh, clean city water to wash your clothes, not stale, dirty well water like some of our competitors.

Wash & Fold (Drop-Off) Service FAQs

Our Wash & Fold service is just $1.99 per pound. Bulky items like comforters are priced individually – you can find more details on our Pricing Page or on the Wash & Fold page.

We use high-quality, effective detergents and fabric softeners. We also offer upgraded options for a small upcharge, like Tide and Gain, and use appropriate bleach for whites and colors. Free and Clear is available for sensitive skin.

Your freshly cleaned and folded laundry is typically ready for pickup within 24 hours. We'll notify you as soon as it's done!

Our minimum order is 10 pounds.

No, you can leave the sorting to us! Our team will carefully sort your clothes before washing.

Yes, please let our attendant know when you drop off your laundry if you have any special requests (e.g., low heat for certain items, air dry, specific hypoallergenic products).

If customers provide hangers, we hang up clothes with no charge. We charge $0.10 each for a hanger.

Pickup & Delivery Service FAQs

We offer Pickup & Delivery Monday – Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Our convenient Pickup & Delivery service is $2.29 per pound for recurring orders, $2.39 per pound as needed. This includes complimentary pickup and delivery! Bulky items are priced individually.

Scheduling is easy! You can schedule your pickup online through our website or give us a call at (772) 600-7924.

Our minimum order is 25 pounds.

Your laundry will typically be delivered back to you, fresh and folded, within 48 hrs.

Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.

Absolutely. When you place your order online, there is a section called Preferences where you can specify preferences for your laundry service. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can request special instructions for this particular order.

Not necessarily! Many customers arrange for us to pick up and deliver from a secure, designated spot, like a porch or with a concierge. We'll coordinate the details with you when you schedule.
